| Making A Purchase Making a purchase from The Willow Tree Collection of gifts could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. (If you wish to check postage charges in advance, simply add items to your basket, then click on "View Cart" and it will show the total cost before you commit yourself to proceeding with the order.) We accept credit card payment - Visa and Mastercard - plus Debit Cards such as Switch. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. | Shipping And Handling <Everything is sent by first class Royal Mail or - on larger more expensive items - we may use a courier. Postage charges are worked out according to the weight of the total order. You can check this in advance when you place an order, but before you add your payment details to confirm the order, simply by clicking "View Cart". This shows how much postage you will pay. If there is any variation to this - or if you wish items to be sent and signed for at delivery - we can contact you with a revised cost for you to agree before we proceed. | Delivery Schedule Our despatch days are Mondays and Fridays, apart from public holidays. If any item is not on our shelves at the time of ordering, we have deliveries on the above days from suppliers for despatch to you immediately. We do recommend you allow 7-10 days delivery - partly because, although we use first class post, this does not always guarantee next day delivery. On the rare occasion when a supplier cannot replenish our stock or deliver to us within 3-4 days, and there is a break in supply, we will give you a revised delivery date. |
| Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. If there is a delay in despatch beyond our normal delivery period of 7-10 days, you will be emailed as soon as we know, with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |
